How do I get started?
Sign up, choose a plan, and complete checkout to turn on intake for your firm. Want to read more first? Request info and we will email you an overview of the client intake and dashboard. Founder-led setup is available on every plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access for the time you have paid for.
What does “unlimited intakes” mean?
No per-intake fees and no overage charges. Your subscription covers intake conversations, summaries, urgency scoring, and alerts.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Solo is $1,430 per year and Firm is $2,870 per year, about 20% less than paying monthly. Both are billed in advance.
